BABYSITTING EXPERIENCE (Children ages 0-14): 18+ years - I started babysitting when I was 11 years old. - I have experience watching 1-5 children at a time and I am very comfortable doing so. - Grew up in a family of 4, so accustomed to large families. - Very recent experience caring for babies - have watched friends' and sister's children as young as 2 weeks old. OTHER CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE: - Camp Counselor/Asst Director (Children ages 4-12): 5 years In HS and college I worked at a YMCA camp as a counselor and then later the Assistant Director of the camp. Have lots of experience with learning objectives, discipline programs, and creating a fun and positive environment for large groups of children. Special Skills: - Experience working with children with disabilities - CPR, AED, First Aid Certified - Can speak basic sign language (2 years in college)
