Hi! I'm Stephanie - a mama of five incredible children with varying diagnoses and support needs, advocate, caregiver, and someone whose heart has always found its way toward helping others feel seen, supported, and understood. Between raising five special-needs children of my own (ages 5-16), living as a Type 1 diabetic myself, 5+ years of nanny experience, 3+ years in special education settings, and 5+ years in group homes supporting children and adults, caring for individuals with unique needs has become a huge part of who I am. I have experience supporting developmental, behavioral, medical, and sensory needs and am comfortable with ADLs, routines, medication support, behavior plans, visual schedules, outings, and community activities. I bring patience, flexibility, advocacy, and a calm presence - because connection always comes before perfection.
