Unfortunately, my wife recently passed away after losing her 18-month battle with non Hodgkin Lymphoma. During the entire time, the silver lining in that extremely dark cloud was that we were blessed to have an incredible healthcare team. Among the hundreds of healthcare professionals on her team, the people we dealt with exemplified quality care, compassion and the preservation of my wife’s dignity. At the top of the list was Stephanie. Stephanie is a uniquely talented and completely compassionate soul. She cared for my wife like she was the only person in the world!!! She had the unique ability to forecast my wife’s needs before she was even able to express them. Stephanie was there on good days, bad days & unbelievably, even on her days off!!! In addition to all the above, we also shared extremely special moments in prayer both with and for my wife!!! While I never imagined we would encounter such tragedy, I was so relieved that we had folks like Stephanie to ease our journey!!!
