Bringing over a decade of experience 12 years in senior care, I'm passionate about enhancing the lives of adults and seniors by supporting their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance, among other services. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I communicate regularly with families through their preferred method, whether it's daily reports or text updates. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to me. I have a high school degree, and I'm comfortable with pets. I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I care for and support their families.
