Stephanie is a very personable and capable caregiver. When on a visit, she is quite thorough and fun to work with. That said, Stephanie is not reliable and makes commitments she does not keep. At the beginning of the summer, she abruptly canceled scheduled work days with only a few hours notice saying she would be unavailable for the entire summer. Then afer the summer, she committed to restarting her previous schedule after September 1st. However, she no-call-no-showed and was unreachable. For anyone that depends on caregivers to share a schedule, Stephanie is likely to be a question mark for continuity of care. This in turn may cause hardships on other caregivers.
