Almost 10 years working directly with patients and clients. I've worked directly with individuals with MS, stroke, Parkinsons, mental health and dementia. I have worked in various settings such as: Nursing homes, State prison, in home care. I started at 18 as a caregiver, at 21 became a CNA. Worked as a CNA until May of 2023. I cared for a young woman in her 40s with MS for 7 months in the comfort of her home until her primary caregiver came back from convalescent leave(Jan 2024). Currently working with a young Autistic woman 3 days per week in Capitola. I'm comfortable with providing ADLs, food preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and activities. I provide the best care for each individual. BLS certified through American Hearts Association. I am also serving as a U. S Army Reservist as a Pharmacy Technician. My obligation includes one weekend per month and an annual two week training in summer. My drill schedule is given out one fiscal year ahead.
