I have experience working with children and adults with special needs. My education and early training are in early childhood education and special education. I have been a camp counselor and coordinator for the special needs summer camp program at the YMCA of Boca Raton, and I also worked for the adult program at the same location, Friday Night Live, a program that takes high functioning adults on weekly social outings. I have 3 children of my own, and 1 of my kiddos has ASD/ADHD/Sensory Integration Disorder. I have been working for an elderly client with a Traumatic Brain Injury for 1 year. I also have recent experience caring for a friend's adult son with ASD and their Collie.
