About Stephanie

As the eldest daughter of 9, I have been raising young children since I was a child myself. As an adult, my deep compassion and empathy for children lead me to become a licensed foster parent. After adopting a child of my own as a single parent, I decided we were ready for a fresh start in beautiful Jacksonville! I began teaching at a preschool, and have experience working with children of all ages. I have really enjoyed my transition from classroom to home, as it has helped me be more of a support to the family unit as a whole. I offer daily progress reports for my families, home sick care, planned activities, custom lesson plans and so much more! I also bring my experience as a certified yoga teacher, and use meditation and deep breathing techniques when working with children. I have a plethora of patience, and a lot of love to give to children! I am thrilled to start this new chapter, and offer my heart and time to a wonderful family!
