I am Stephanie and I have over 15 years experience in the field. I am compassionate and patient. I am not someone who looks at the time I spend with clients as a job. I want to take care of the client like they are family. I am there to provide care but this does not have to take away their independence or appear clinical. If you are looking for someone not passionate and just an employee then I am not the caregiver for you. The last 2 ladies I was with were in their 90's and I was with them for years and they were my best friends. I love to talk and get to know them, keep a journal for them about all their memories. This helps when the client has dementia or Alzheimer's, and provides memories that the family can have about their loved one. My availability is in the evenings and weekends since I am a teacher at a local middle school. I teach students with autism. I am honest, passionate, compassionate and empathetic.
