I hired Stephanie for a full time short term position and a part time long term position.She texted me less than 12 hours before she was supposed to watch my children for the week and told me she started another job but agreed to take the part time long term position. In good faith I agreed to give her a second chance. WHAT A MISTAKE!!I reached out to her to confirm that she would be here in the morning and once again got the excuse she started another job and forgot to inform me. Very unprofessional!!!
