She always makes sure  the environment around which she works with children is prepared, leaving spaces organized so that the child can access materials, toys, and activities without depending on the adult. Everything has a place and a purpose.
She speaks slowly, using clear and respectful sentences, getting down to the child’s level to communicate.
Stephanie avoids interrupting the child’s concentration when they are immersed in an activity, offering activities that develop motor, sensory, and cognitive skills without forcing results.

Stephanie is a wonderful nanny she take care of my baby for a couple months and I can’t be more gratefull with her, she worries about her milestones introduce solids in a gentle way to her nutrition, teach her Spanish, and help me around all her sleeping routine. One of the most wonderful Nannies she truly love spending time with kids.
