I scheduled a phone interview with Stephanie and I was running late at my appointment so I text her to let her know and asked if I can call in an hour. she replied yes. I called and no answer, I text and no response. Just gone like the wind. Very unprofessional. Never got as far to hire her and I am happy about that because if this is just a glance at her work ethic who know if she would have ever shown up if I did hire her.
