About Stephanie

Hi! I've worked with kids on and off for the past 10 years and truly love what I do. I spent three summers on staff at a kids' camp, leading activities, organizing games, and making sure every camper felt safe, included, and supported. I'm also a professional raft guide, so safety, leadership, and staying calm in busy situations come naturally to me. During the school year, I teach California Gold Rush tours to third and fourth graders and help lead a local salmon education program each fall on the Yuba river with SYRCL. I enjoy blending learning with hands-on fun and encouraging kids to be curious and confident. I began babysitting through families in my church community when I was about 15 and currently care for a 1 and 4-year-old. With their move coming up, I'm excited to find a new family to support. I'm comfortable with diapers, naps, meals, crafts, and outdoor play. I'm Live Scan cleared, CPR/First Aid certified, dependable, patient, and fun.
