Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a contracted licensed Private home provider with the State of Ohio department of Medicaid along with 10 years plus in home and hospital experience providing medical care, respite care, hospice services, and personal care, I offer a compassionate and detail-oriented approach. I am adept at adapting to changing routines and handling minor behavioral changes, and I also incorporate memory care activities into daily care. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and regular verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is essential with respecting the client space and decision making.
