About Stephanie

I'd describe my personality as a loving, caring and patient person who has raised seven adult children. I worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor/Social Worker before retiring. I was a foster parent for many years prior to retiring. I like working with kids because I have cared for kids for the majority of my life and I enjoy seeing the smile on their faces. I'm looking for a stable and caring environment that I can assist in helping the parent/grand-parent lighten their load. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I helped raise my younger siblings that were 13 years younger than I was. In my spare time, I like to travel and do arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy working with kids, and I can work with kids of all ages. My skills include having patience, being able to communicate with kids of all ages, and keep them safe.
