I've spent my life around kids--from teenage babysitting to 35 years as a speech pathologist across educational settings (infants/toddlers up thru high school), parent of two, and grandparent of three too far away. I understand the ins and outs of children and child care, safety and development; addressing behaviors; structure and consistency; with humor, laughter, patience, and warmth; and using fun to promote learning and development (be it through play, developmental support, or whatever your child needs).
