I had given a one-star rating for Stephanie earlier due to lack of response. She later sent me a message indicating that she had been preoccupied in a family emergency (i.e., an illness suffered by a family member), and greatly apologized for not corresponding with me sooner. Due to this response by Stephanie, we scheduled a time to interview, set up a cleaning trial, fee, and eventual, potential hiring. Stephanie performed quite well, and she is now cleaning my home on a regular basis. She has an absolute sweetheart personality, is punctual, and does the best hardwood floor treatment I've ever seen. I wanted to send this update review due to her explanation for not responding, and certainly for the good job she has heretofore performed.
