Stephanie helped us for about a year with our one-year-old. She is incredibly caring, unflappable, and a font of wisdom about little kids. She really felt like part of the famiy after just a year. A couple of specific pros: + Reliable: she never missed a day without scheduling it in advance with us. + She knows so much sign language! She taught us and our daughter a bunch of useful signs. + She is really proactive and thoughtful about planning fun activities and outings.
