I have cleaned for most years of my life. I love helping people especially when it's cleaning and organizing! I will go in thorough detail to make sure everything's perfect. I've worked in housekeeping for a very long time so cleaning and organizing, helping remodel, is my second nature. Whatever you need, whatever makes your life easier I can do for you!
Stephanie worked for our family for 2 years as our “House Manager”. We cannot speak highly enough of Stephanie, who was an absolute blessing to our family during a very busy and vulnerable time in our lives. The only reason Stephanie no longer serves in this position is because she was fortunate enough to be offered an exciting new career opportunity in another state. Our family was thrilled and supportive about Stephanie’s new journey in life, but her departure left a sad void in our house because she truly became a member of our family during those 2 years. This will be a long review but please take time to read it because it will provide a well-rounded assessment of Stephanie’s stellar skillset and lovely personality. In her role as House Manager, Stephanie spearheaded and performed the following tasks for our family: • Housekeeping (both general cleaning and deep cleanings) • Exterior cleaning/upkeep (garage; decks; pool area; trash toters; leaf blowing) • Fireplace cleaning (ash disposal; cleaning; restocking wood/kindling) • Laundry (wash, dry, fold) • Errands (dry cleaning; prescriptions; banking; ATM withdrawals). *yes, we entrusted her with our PIN numbers 😊!! • Inventory tracking & replenishment of all household supplies/consumables • Stocking bar and beverage fridges • Managing & stocking of on-line orders (Walmart; Amazon; PetSmart, etc). *yes, she had all of our logins 😊!! • Minor household maintenance (light bulbs; door stops; shower shelving) • Events/Parties: set-ups & breakdowns; cleaning during & after parties/events. • Organization of pantries, closets, mudrooms, storage areas, etc… • Holiday Décor: breaking down holiday decorations and placing back in storage bins. • General House Décor: Assistance with “styling” shelfs, furniture, accessories. • Meeting & directing contractors/vendors. • And many more “little things” (too many to mention). Stephanie’s exceptional work ethic, experience, and sense of style helped us transform a 1970s house that we just bought into a warm, welcoming and stylish environment. She always kept our home spotless with remarkable attention to detail. Moreover, Stephanie exceled at keeping our home well-organized and well-stocked with supplies and consumables. She managed an easy-to-navigate system and maintained a meticulous inventory of all household supplies, proactively restocking essentials like toiletries, kitchen products, beverages, cleaning products and party supplies. Most importantly, Stephanie went above and beyond in supporting our family during my mother’s cancer journey. My 85 y/o mother lived with us during Stephanie’s tenure with our family. Stephanie not only assisted my mother with general daily needs, she also spent countless hours of her own time just chatting with my mother to lift her spirits as my mother was going through cancer treatments. Stephanie is a true selfless loving human being whose compassion and reliability was a welcoming lifeline during this difficult period. When my mother passed away, Stephanie made a beautiful “remembrance table” at our luncheon following the funeral (full of flowers, photos, memorabilia, etc…). It really touched the hearts of all who attended my mother’s Celebration of Life. Stephanie is professional, dependable, highly experienced and just generally a kind young lady. She is still part of our family even though we’re hundreds of miles apart. We will always be endlessly grateful that Stephanie entered our lives. If you decide to hire Stephanie in any capacity, you will not be disappointed. Warm regards, The H Family
