During that time, I have seen the high level of dedication, knowledge, compassion and strength of character that Stephanie brings to the difficult and arduous work necessary to care for the elderly and infirm. Her attention to the many facets of elder care is gratifying to say the least. She is dedicated to ensuring the best quality of life for the infirm elderly client and understands that patience really is a virtue when dealing on a day-to-day basis with clients who wish to remain in their home but require mid to high levels of care. Stef is an honest reliable communicator and a professional chef. She has a solid grasp on nutrition, an important attribute, as nutrition and changing tastes can become an issue for clients and caregivers with less experience. Along with being kind she can be very persuasive, another helpful skill during those less than co-operative moments.
