Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My experience includes providing hospice services, personal care, and specialized dementia care. I understand the importance of respecting independence while adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience and empathy. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful moments and redirecting attention when needed. I communicate openly with families, using their preferred method to provide updates.
