About Stephanie

In addition to 3 years paid service, I have over 20 years of hands-on caregiving experience. I offer a unique background of child-care, home education and elderly/ adult care. My work with children spans from infancy to high school, including person who are neurodivergent, and have ADHD. My approach to challenges in behavior are patient and solution-based. My bent is towards fostering independance and well- being. In adult care, I provide companionship, mobility support, meal prep, and assistance with daily routines. Also, I have experience in safe transfer, medication reminders, and foster an environment in which others feel respected. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and emotional safety. I hold certifications in both CPR and First Aid. Current Status: Seeking part-time, full-time position within daylight hours; any day of the week.
