I love working with seniors because I love to listen to their stories. I was also close to all of my grandparents. This is a way to feel close to them again. I take care of anyone who needs help but dementia patients are special. You have to handle them with greater care. When I was 13 I watched my grandmother get diagnosed with dementia. It was vet hard on all of us. I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for your family with dignity and allows for family members to take a much needed break. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother had a stroke in 2011 that left her permanently disabled on one side. It was heartbreaking In my spare time, I like to read, do class work, diamond paintings and spending time with my husband and daughters One thing you should know about me is I'm very empathetic. I'm also a talker. l but I also love to listen My skills include mobility help, meal prep, dementia care. I'm not opposed to staying overnight. I have my own car.
