HI! I'm 36 and have been a nanny since I was 19. I'm from PA and worked for the Philadelphia Nanny Network for about 8yrs, most of my experience being with infants and toddlers. I am currently relocating to the Tampa area of Florida. I started off with an add online then from there started working through agencies. The first agency I worked with told me they usually don't hire people as young as I was, but because the owners brother who I nannied for gave me such high recommendations they allowed me to join. I am very interested in child psychology. Although I do not have a degree within that field I am constantly reading and learning as much as I can, to widen my knowledge on developmental and behavioral understanding. Previously I've worked for parents where either one or both work from home so I'm very comfortable navigating the appropriate times for little ones to say hi to mom and dad or redirect them to a different activity. I'm also comfortable with cameras in the house.

I can’t recommend Stephanie enough as a caregiver. She took care of our son up until the age of two when he went off to preschool. She had such a positive impact in his life in our lives. She was full of energy and fun and created learning opportunities for him whenever she could. She was very interested in his development and how she could better that. She potty trained our son and helped him grow in his feeding and food choices. She took him to many fun parks and activities in the area. She was extremely reliable and trustworthy and I can’t recommend her enough. We miss her!
