We agreed on a time and date for Stephanie to start with our family. Yet, she never showed up, nor was there any communication that she would not be coming. The day of, I texted her when I noticed she was late for the time we set and asked her if she would still be coming but received no response. I also, messenger her on Care.com, later that evening, just to make sure everything was OK but still no response (both messages were read). We would have understood if she decided not to join our family after all but there was no communication and she left us in a very tight situation, when we expected her to show up. Very unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate.
