About Stephanie

My journey in childcare began as a nanny and babysitter for local families during my high and college years. I served as the Lead Montessori Teacher for toddlers aged 2-3 at Covington Montessori School for 14 years. In this role, I specialized in fostering independence, emotional regulation, early literacy, and practical life skills within a peaceful, structured environment. My background as a licensed Physical Therapist gives me an expert perspective on physical milestones, motor skill development, and health and safety in daily routines. I will partner closely with parents to maintain consistent schedules and uphold household rules while encouraging curious exploration and creating a safe joyful environment. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I prioritize clear communication, whether through daily chats or your preferred mode of communication. I truly look forward in becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily lives!
