My experience as a CNA, coupled with my work in HR/payroll and staffing at a skilled nursing facility, gives me a unique perspective on care. I'm patient, compassionate, and strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone I assist. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and First Aid Training.
