About Stephanie

18+ years of caregiving while raising kids was primary caregiver for high needs multiple sclerosis patient unable to use neck down (my mom): meal prep, range of motion, custodial care, hygiene, daily transfers, daily wound care, manipulation & much more! After losing mom it's taken years to reestablish balance serving our family first and working in private pay care making a commitment to a degree in Exercise Science & a Wellness Coaching Certification (grad target 2024). Serving seniors & physically challenged people is especially rewarding to me. I particularly enjoy helping others see and/or use their own value. I have ALWAYS & will ALWAYS believe EVERYONE has value & purpose independent of physical or mental conditions. I am genuinely interested in making a positive difference in my own and in other's lives.
