My family has a 2-year-old toddler who needed a short-term care over 2 weeks due to daycare summer break! We were really impressed with Stephanie's punctuality, patience, attention to detail, and warmheartedness. My toddler is a shy boy so it's not the easiest to get close to you, but Stephanie became warm with him within minutes and they were able to play together well! There were times when my toddler wasn't in a good mood and Stephanie was able to navigate it patiently and found ways to calm him down. We also appreciated how Stephanie's attention to details, calling out specific concerns about our toddler and ensuring that she's as prepared as possible when going out for out door playtime! Overall, we will not hesitate to hire and recommend Stephanie again for any kind of childcare! She's a reliable nanny/babysitter who will take good care of children!
