Hi, I'm Stephania! With 10+ years of childcare experience from helping raise my younger twin siblings, to working at a summer camp in the U. S., to caring for children of all ages as a nanny in Miami I have developed a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I have experience with newborns, infants, toddlers, school-age children, and teens. My approach combines respectful parenting and Montessori-inspired principles, encouraging independence, curiosity, creativity, and learning through play. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy naturally supporting language development through everyday activities. I'm also the mom of a 9-month-old daughter, which has given me an even deeper understanding of child development and the trust parents place in a caregiver.
