Hi families, I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with a background in social work and mental health. I have experience working with children from infancy through adolescence, including children with special needs, behavioral challenges, and developmental differences. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, understood, and valued. One of my core beliefs is that children aren't trying to give us a hard time, they're often trying to communicate something they don't yet have the words to express. Because of this, I approach every child with patience, empathy, and consistency. I genuinely love working with children and consider it a privilege to be part of their growth and development. Whether we're playing, learning, reading, completing homework, or exploring new interests, I strive to make our time together meaningful and fun. My goal is not simply to supervise children, but to help them feel seen, encouraged, and confident while providing families with peace of mind.
