With a year of experience, I'm equipped to care for up to three children, ranging from 1 to 12 years old. I believe in open communication with parents. I follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or through other means, to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I prioritize safety and follow the lead of parents when it comes to enforcing household rules. To ensure a well-rounded experience, I like to engage children in a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
