My daughter has always struggled with not quickly understanding the information being taught and also with confidence because of this. We hired Stella and we both love her very much. She listened attentively when I explained the struggles. As any parent knows, the teachers cannot wait for your child to catch up before moving on. She came into our lives and would recap all the lessons learned that week, help with homework and have her re-take tests as practice. She began to understand my daughter and the way her brain processed information, She knew the signs when she was about to shut down from frustration and took action to help. It's been a few years now and my daughter is one of only 3 kids in her class who have mastered the math minute (50 times tables in 1 min) and has even done presentations!!! If you knew my girl that would shock you. She is in 5th now and has not had any F's or D's in ages! She is A's/B's and high C's. Stella has saved us and I could not recommend her more.
