Hi there! I'm Stella and while I'm new to nanny professionally, I'm far from new to caring for and connecting with kids. For nearly 10 years, I've worked as a tutor for middle and high school students in English, which has taught me how to be patient, adapt to different learning styles and personalities, and build trust with kids and teens. Tutoring isn't just about the subject - it's about showing up consistently, listening actively, and making a child feel supported, whether they're having a great day or a rough one. Beyond tutoring, I've spent a lot of time around kids through close friends' families - helping out with everything from homework and meal times to games, outings, and just being a steady, fun presence. I'm looking to bring that same reliability and warmth into a nanny role. I'm especially confident helping with reading, writing and schoolwork but I'm just as happy building blanket forts or just being present & engaged. I'd love to meet your family!
