Stella was extremely responsive and supported our family during a last minute care shortage. She arrived on time, demonstrated empathy and patience, and most importanty, she allowed my mother to exert her independence while remaining vigilant and supportive during challenging physical transfer and cleaning. She was communicative, which is important for dementia patients like my mom who repeatedly need care/goal reminders. My mother was happy to have companionship and tell stories and it was wonderful that Stella was willing to engage.
