Hello! I am Stella, a Brooklyn-based (am happy to commute around the city) caregiver and recent college graduate with over 8 years of experience, primarily working with children ages 2-12. I'm an extremely patient and compassionate babysitter, who values communication with both kids and parents. I have experience with de-escalating big emotions with care, understanding, and speaking to children as equals. I prioritize safety/health, trust-building, and emotional well-being; minimizing screen-time and favoring outdoor activities, indulging in our imagination, art-making, learning, and hands-on activities.
