About Stella

Hello! My name is Stella, and I'm a rising senior Health Sciences student at JMU. I'm currently looking for summer work in the Charlottesville area for Mondays, Wednesdays, and potentially Fridays! I'd describe my personality as energetic, compassionate, and friendly! I like working with kids because their childlike innocence and wonder has a way of bringing joy, and helps us to look at the world in a new light. I started working with kids when I was quite young, helping to babysit some of my younger cousins. Since I loved working with kids, I became a volunteer at the Kid's Discovery Museum in high school and volunteered at my church's nursery to help care for infants and toddlers. In my spare time, I like to play piano and guitar, sing, read, and spend time outdoors. In addition to caring for your child, I am happy to help with light cleaning, meal prep, and pets. I am first aid certified and well educated on how to handle medical emergencies. Please feel free to reach out!
