About Stella

Hi, I'm Stella! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT IV) with just over 1. 5 years of experience working with children under 10 in an assent-based, child-centered ABA clinic. I focus on building trust, following the child's lead, and supporting routines in a calm, positive way. I provide structured, supportive care so parents can enjoy work and time for themselves knowing their child is safe, respected, and well cared for. Outside of ABA, I was a Division I volleyball player and enjoy crafting, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Availability: 4-5 days per week (8am-5pm) Standard rate: $38/hour (may vary based on level of care) While I've worked with children professionally for the past 3 years, caring for kids has really been a lifelong part of my life. I grew up in a large family with 7 children and spent most of my time helping care for cousins, nieces, and nephews. Those experiences naturally led me into the childcare space.
