We hired Steffi to accompany our family on a 2 week trip to Japan to care for our 4 month old son while we explored the country. She was very professional, reliable, flexible, and had a good attitude. She dealt with very long (14+ hour) days of watching our infant in the hotel room with no complaints, sent me regular updates about how he was doing, and was willing to be flexible with her hours, sometimes showing up to our hotel room as early as 5am to help us get some extra sleep in the mornings. I would definitely recommend Steffi to other families who are looking for childcare!
