Steffany was our nanny for a little over two years. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and responsible. While she worked for us, I asked her to help with tons of different things, including lots of driving and household tasks. Stef rolled with all of it and was always flexible and willing to act as my right hand. She often knew our busy family schedule better than I did and had a way of anticipating our needs without being asked. She was patient and warm with my 6 yr old, but also cool enough to win over my middle schoolers. Any family would be very lucky to have her help.
