I am talented cook with some formal training and am skilled with nutrition. I am formally trained in yoga. I am great at cleaning and organizing. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and detail-oriented care. I prioritize connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I am adaptable, detail oriented, and driven to provide excellent care. I provide home care, transportation, errands, housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance.
