Now disabled from my career as a Prison Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I am a substitute teacher and am looking for work as a non-live in nanny/baby sitter and/or tutor. I have been caring for children since I was a child, and now am grown and have my own preteen. I have experience working with multiple children including homeschooling and tutoring, developmental and/or learning delays, especially anxiety, trauma and ADHD. I started my master's degree program to become an ABA for children on the spectrum, but did not complete it. I can work with all ages and have the experience and the education to handle every stage. As a mom I understand the need to be nurturing, fun, creative, firm, protective, and everything else that comes up, all at once or whenever needed and I can assure that I would use the communication with you I would want concerning my own child and protect your precious little ones like they were my own.

I have two kids 6 and 4 and they love spending time with steffy! She takes up time with them and provides the essential care they need while I am gone. She keeps them busy with activities or playing in the yard and she also cooks them meals they will eat. She gives them baths/showers when needed and even puts them in bed at bedtime. She keeps me updated during this time and I trust her with the two most precious things I have in life. She also cares for my dog we have with meals and bathroom breaks. In the midst of all the care she gives she also cleans up for me! She home schools her own child so activities such as arts and crafts, puzzles, and reading are involved.
