Hello my name is Stefanie . I am a nursing student with hands-on clinical experience caring for elderly patients through my training in various nursing homes and healthcare facilities. During my clinical rotations, I have assisted residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting, always maintaining dignity, safety, and compassion. I have experience monitoring vital signs, observing changes in physical and mental condition, and communicating effectively with nurses and healthcare teams.
