About Stefanie

I'm an end-of-life doula, ritual practitioner, and companion with a deep respect for the dignity and individuality of aging. My work brings me alongside older adults and their families through many seasons-not only dying, but illness, changing independence, grief, transition, and the ordinary rhythms of daily life. I offer practical support and companionship while paying attention to the whole person: their stories, preferences, humor, relationships, autonomy, and what matters most to them. I'm comfortable in spaces many people find difficult to enter. I can talk openly about death and dying, sit quietly when words aren't needed, listen deeply, or simply share a meal and enjoy someone's company. My background includes professional end-of-life doula training, bedside presence, ritual and ceremony, yoga, and years of working closely with older adults. I bring warmth, curiosity, steadiness, creativity, and respect for each person's right to direct their own life and care.
