Stefanie took care of our daughter from when she was 6 weeks old until she was 16mo old (when we moved out of the area). Her schedule is very flexible and she was almost always able to accommodate our often changing schedule. She is extremely dependable and never once cancelled. She was great with our daughter both when she was a baby and now that she is a toddler. In addition to taking excellent care of our daughter she was always happy to do chores around the house like laundry, dishes, and cooking and would do these without us asking. I highly recommend her!
