I've worked in childcare for 20+ years with ages 6 weeks-18 years, including roles as a babysitter, nanny, preschool staff (counselor + assistant teacher + 1-on-1), daycare worker (infants + toddlers), K-12 substitute, and middle school teacher. I also have experience with extended overnight care while parents travel. I'm organized, reliable, and communicative, and as a certified teacher, I multitask easily. I keep screen time limited (unless you prefer otherwise) and focus on keeping kids active and engaged. I love reading, games, sports, baking, art projects, and outings with children. I also incorporate learning through play, especially for younger children. Examples include fine motor skills, counting, colors, letters, patterns, and animal sounds. I have my own car with a clean driving record I also am a non-smoker, comfortable with dogs, and currently renewing my Adult & Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
