Stef is so awesome with our 2.5 year old son. We found her through another provider we found on Care.com and she has quickly become our go to babysitter. She is an Au pair so already knows the routines and needs of a toddler and somehow gets our son to sleep no problem when barely anyone can. She is the perfect mix of loving and firm and our son and we absolutely love her. I cannot recommend her enough.
