Stefania is such a gift to our family! She has set the bar so high for any other caregiver. She has been caring for my infant son for the last few months every day. On the first day he was a bit tired and cranky and it was clear she had tremendous experience with lots of tools and activities to get him to be happy and calm. He absolutely adores her and is so excited when he wakes up from his nap and she is there. She has so much energy too! She will trot around the house with him so he can pretend he's on a horse and jump to surprise and make him laugh. Then, when he's asleep, she cleans my house and I have literally never seen it so clean. Her profile understates her skills - her English is amazing and we only speak with her in English. She has the equivalent of CPR in Venezuela and has not gotten it here because her home burned in the fires and Covid has kept her mostly home. She offers to pick up items for me from the outside world, which is so thoughtful given Covid. She also wears a new clean nurse outfit every day so that shes not bringing any outside dirt world into our home, which is not something I had even thought of but speaks to her extreme cleanliness and caution. We absolutely adore her and are so sad to be leaving the area mostly because of how at ease she makes us feel so that we can work while she takes care of our son. I would not hesitate to give her the highest recommendation possible, and I have a very high bar.
