About Starbrina

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With three years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I hold a college degree and maintain a certification in Individualized Education Programs (IEP). By actively observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my strategies--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions--to suit your specific needs. I keep you engaged by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating every small success. I believe open communication with families is essential for building trust and tracking progress. Whether we are meeting at the library or navigating special education goals, I find the greatest reward in witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am truly honored to support your academic journey.
