I hold a certification in Individualized Education Programs (IEP), which allows me to provide tailored support for students with diverse needs. To keep lessons engaging, I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions, while breaking complex problems into manageable steps to build momentum. I believe open communication creates the trust necessary for a successful, collaborative environment.
